WORK ORDER NUMBER 1 `2 7 " 9"q <br /> [EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT] <br /> This Work Order Number 1 is entered into as of this 4'h day of September, 2007 , <br /> pursuant to that certain Contract Agreement for Professional Services entered into as of <br /> October 19 , 2004 ("Agreement') , by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political <br /> subdivision of the State of Florida ("County") and DONADIO AND ASSOCIATES , <br /> ARCHITECTS , P . A. , a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida <br /> ("Consultant') . <br /> The Consultant has agreed to extend the terms of the Agreement to the Indian River <br /> County Emergency Services District (" District') . The District has selected the Consultant to <br /> perform the professional services set forth in Exhibit 1 , attached to this Work Order and made <br /> part hereof by this reference . The professional services will be performed by the Consultant <br /> for the fee schedule and within the timeframe set forth in Exhibit 1 , all in accordance with the <br /> terms and provisions set forth in the Agreement.
