This Proposal is valid for 30 days from the date shown hereon and represents the entire <br /> understanding between Parties with respect to the referenced Project and may only be <br /> modified in writing. <br /> VI. GENERAL <br /> A. Illustrative renderings or models are not part of the Basic Services. <br /> B . Design and Construction of the 3-Story Prefab Training Tower will be the responsibility <br /> of the Indian River County Fire District. Fire District shall provide the Architect with all <br /> the required design and construction documents for the 3-Story Training Tower Facility. <br /> C. Site Surveying, Traffic Impact Statement/Studies/Link Sheets, Geotechnical Reports, Off <br /> Site Road Way Improvements , Irrigation Design, Consumptive Use Permitting, <br /> Environmental Surveys, modifications to the existing Indian River County Type "A" and <br /> St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) ERP storm water permit, Re- <br /> Zoning, Site Lighting, Fire Protection, and Application Fees for Agency approvals are not <br /> part of the Basic Services. <br /> D.
