M . TESTING & ENGINEERING <br /> All services performed under this contract shall be supervised and certified by a licensed <br /> Professional Engineer ( PE ) registered with the State of Florida and staff employed directly with <br /> your firm . <br /> Scope of Services <br /> All work shall be performed on a unit price basis in accordance with the attached Scope of <br /> Services dated September 23 , 2005 and shall comply with Standards enumerated in the <br /> RENEWAL OF THE ANNUAL GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES CONTRACT , IRC PROJECT NO . <br /> 0534 WITH A . M . ENGINEERING AND TESTING , INC . Effective Date : October ' 7 2005 . <br /> Minimum Specification Requirements as follows : <br /> Roadway Construction <br /> • In - place moisture density testing of embankment fill , pipe backfill , stabilized sub grade , <br /> base course , and curb pads . <br /> • Laboratory testing of soils and aggregates including Proctors , Limerock Bearing Ratio <br /> ( LBR ) , soil classification , carbonate content ( base ) , and other such specified QC tests . <br /> • Preparation and issuance of engineering reports presenting the test results and their <br /> compliance with the project specifications . <br /> All work shall also comply with the current Florida Minimum Technical Standards , <br /> COMPENSATION . <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay , and the Geotechnical Professional agrees to accept , a fee for <br /> services rendered according to the " Scope of Services" identified in the attached EXHIBIT "A" <br /> Fee Schedule and Man Hours . <br /> F : AEngineering\Capital Projects\0016 & 0236 - 41st Street Improvements\0016 & 0236 WO# 1 A .
