(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County <br /> (COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 1 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No . 1 is for the SURVEYOR to perform additional services in connection with <br /> the design and construction of CR512 Phase 3 , in particular; the Wetland Mitigation within the <br /> St. Johns River Water Management District's Buffer Preserve. CR512 Phase 3 limits range from <br /> Roseland Road to County Road 510 , all lying in Indian River County, Florida . <br /> SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. and Indian River County, the <br /> SURVEYOR shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as <br /> outlined in this Work Order No . 1 described as follows : <br /> Wetland Mitigation/Ditch Plug As-built: <br /> 1 . Perform field location and obtain elevations of approximately (eight) 8 ditch plugs as <br /> constructed by the COUNTY. <br /> 2 . Prepare As-built Survey depicting an overall sketch of the mitigation site and a <br /> section view of each of the ditch plugs . <br /> 3 . Upon completion , provide five (5) hard copies and a digital file of the As-built Survey. <br /> SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION , DELIVERABLEWWORK PRODUCT <br /> Project shall be completed within thirty (30) business days from Notice to Proceed . <br /> Survey shall be supplied as a topographic survey of the limits of County Road Phase 3 project. <br /> SECTION IV — COMPENSATION <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, for services rendered as <br /> identified in Sections I , 11 and III of this Work Order No . 1 , a lump sum fee of $ $7 , 500 . 00 . <br /> F.\Engineering\Capital Projects\0725- 2007 Annual Prof. Survey Contrac02007-2008 Projects\MMR&T\CR512 Phase 3 Wetland <br /> Mitigation Asbuilt\0725 WO 1 -CR512 Ph . 3 Wetland Mitigation Asbuilt 12-4-07 .doc <br />
