(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County <br /> (COUNTY). This Work Order No . 10 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No . 10 is for the SURVEYOR to provide a route survey of 66th Avenue from <br /> 26th Street to 33rd Street and 58th Avenue from 41st Street to 45th Street as depicted on the <br /> "Vicinity Map" attached hereto and made part of this agreement. <br /> SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler & Reed, Inc . and Indian River County, Masteller, <br /> Moler & Reed, Inc . will perform Professional Land Surveying services for the completion and <br /> preparation of a route survey of 66th Avenue from 33rd Street to 41 s` Street and 58th Avenue <br /> from 41st Street to 45th Street to include the following: <br /> a) Establish survey baseline and tie to state plane coordinates. <br /> b) Locate and identify all monumentation for establishment of existing rights of way. <br /> c) Locate and identify all visible topographic features along the route of the proposed sewer <br /> system improvements including but not limited to the location of existing pavement, <br /> driveways, culverts, power poles, mailboxes, fences, trees, etc . <br /> d) Obtain elevations along the route of the proposed sewer improvements (as depicted on <br /> Figure 4 attached) sufficient for engineering design purposes . <br /> e) Elevations will be obtained at 100 foot intervals and will be based on NGVD 1929 unless <br /> otherwise directed. <br /> f) Survey shall identify all tracts, lot numbers, street addresses and parcel identification <br /> numbers for property along the limits of the route. Survey shall also identify the width of <br /> all driveways and the size and type of all culverts. <br /> g) Prepare and provide five paper copies and one digital file of the route survey upon <br /> completion of field work. <br />
