Wildlife Refuge. <br />BOUNDARY RECOMMENDATIONS <br />In order for the sanctuary to accomplish its intended pur- <br />pose, .the Bureau recommends -the following boundaries: <br />,peScription;' A body of land and water containing 4,760 acres, <br />more or less, located in Indian•River County, Florida, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point in the Indian River on the <br />east right-of-way boundary line of the Intra- <br />coastal Waterway, opposite the first navigation <br />light north of the causeway leading from Wabasso <br />to Wabasso Beach; thence northwesterly with the <br />• r <br />east right-of-way boundary line of the Intra- <br />coastal Waterway, a distance of 34,632 ft. to <br />a point opposite a navigation light located <br />3,331 ft. southeasterly of the Indian River - <br />Brevard County Line; thence in an easterly di- <br />rection approximately 9,500 ft. to a point in s <br />southward projection of the line between Sections <br />28 and 29, T. 30 S., R. 39 E., which point is 300 <br />ft. measured southwesterly at right angles from <br />4 <br />JU. 121%s% <br />800x 1O• PAOL OO <br />
