Troy E. Moody, Tax Collector, submitted the E & I List on <br />real and personal property for the year 1966, which was received <br />and accepted by the Board. <br />Proposals were received from Maxwell Plumbing Co., Ace Plumbing Co. <br />and Hammill Plumbing Co, for plumbing repairs at the jail. On Motion <br />by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Dritenbas and <br />unanimously carried, the low proposal of Hammill Plumbing Co. in the <br />=amount of $166.48 was accepted. <br />The Monthly Reports of the County Agent, the County Welfare <br />Worker and the County Service Officer land- the wont xly.,report:.of-,inspect- <br />ion'of the County Jail were received and placed on file., <br />At the request of Miles B. Mank, County Judge, and on Motion <br />by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Bogosian and <br />unanimously carried, the following Item to Item transfer was approved: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />FROM TO <br />A/c 951. Contingencies $500.00 <br />275.1 Juvenile Expense $500.00 <br />A request by Rosemary Richey, Supervisor of Elections,to attend <br />the 22nd. Annual Converatti©nAf::'. the Florida State Association of <br />Supervisors of Elections, August 9-12, Pensacola, Florida was approved <br />on Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Bogosian <br />and unanimously carried. <br />The Clerk reminded the Board that they had requested him to <br />advertise for proposals sixty days in advance of any policy about to <br />expire. He was accordingly instructed to advertise for proposals <br />for group hospiVal insurance for County employees. <br />The Clerk submitted the Clerk's Tentative Budget to the Board as <br />required by law, and on, Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded <br />by Commissioner Bogosian and unanimously carried, the same was <br />received and ordered filed. <br />JUL1 2 1967 <br />got 3.0 PAC!408 <br />
