(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County <br /> (COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 14 amends the agreement as follows: <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No . 14 is for the SURVEYOR to perform additional services in connection with <br /> the preparation of the Right of Way Survey for the existing 66 foot wide Right of Way for Indian <br /> River Drive, Phase 1 and incorporate into the Right of Way Survey as described in the original <br /> Work Order #10 (Engineering/Survey) for this project. The overall project limits range from the <br /> southern intersection of Indian River Drive with U . S . Highway No. 1 to the northern intersection <br /> of Indian River Drive with U . S . Highway No . 1 (approx. 3. 5 miles) . Phase One of the project <br /> ranges from the northern overall project limits south to the northern City Limits of the City of <br /> Sebastian (approx. 1 . 5 miles) . All lying in Indian River County, Florida . <br /> SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. and Indian River County, the <br /> SURVEYOR shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as <br /> outlined in this Work Order No . 14 described as follows: <br /> • Right of Way Mapping (Additional Services): <br /> 1 . Conduct research with the Florida Department of Transportation for maps, deeds or <br /> other documents that may relate to or affect the analysis of the location of the Right <br /> of Way as described in the original Work Order #10 (Engineering/Survey) . <br /> 2 . Conduct research with the St. Lucie County Recording Department for maps , deeds <br /> or other documents that may relate to or effect the analysis of the location of the <br /> Right of Way as described in the original Work Order #10 (Engineering/Survey) . <br /> 3. Perform field ties to Point of Commencement of the legal description contained in <br /> Deed Book 538 , Page 541 and depict same on proposed Right of Way map. <br />
