(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County <br /> (COUNTY). This Work Order No. 18 amends the agreement as follows: <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> Perform Specific Purpose Survey for property located in Indian River County and identified as <br /> County Road 512 Phase IV, Indian River County, Florida. <br /> SECTION H - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. and Indian River County, <br /> Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. will perform Professional Land Surveying services to <br /> include the following : <br /> a. Recover baseline and establish horizontal and vertical control. <br /> b. Uncover, locate and obtain top of pipe elevations for 14 locations as depicted on plans <br /> includedwith letter from Masteller & Moler, dated 1 /25/07. ( s e Exhibit A ) <br /> c. Intergrate information obtained into existing County Road 512 Phase IV Route Survey. <br /> d. Provide five copies and one digital file of the topographic survey upon completion. <br /> SECTION III — WORK PRODUCT <br /> a) The SURVEYOR shall prepare its Work Product so that the COUNTY or other <br /> consultants can readily use it for the design and analysis of the area, as defined. It shall <br /> contain all information necessary for third-party surveyor to independently recreate <br /> and/or utilize the survey work. It is acknowledged all final products become property of <br /> Indian River County and will be available for use by the public at large. <br /> SECTION IV — TIME FOR COMPLETION <br /> Work Order No. 18 shall be completed within 30 business days from Notice to Proceed. <br /> Attachment 1 <br />
