CIO <br /> Work <br /> Work Order Number 2 <br /> Survey and Mapping Services for Reconstruction of Station No . 5 <br /> US Highway 1 , Wabasso <br /> This Work Order Number 2 is entered into as of this 19th day of July , 2005 pursuant to <br /> that certain Continuing Professional Survey Services agreement entered into as of <br /> October 19 , 2004 , (AGREEMENT) , by and between Indian River County, a political <br /> subdivision of the State of Florida (COUNTY) and Carter Associates , Inc . , (CAI) . <br /> The COUNTY has selected the CAI to perform the professional services set forth in <br /> Attachment A , attached to this Work Order and made part of hereof by this reference . <br /> The CAI will perform the professional services for the fee set forth in Attachment A , <br /> attached and made part hereof by this reference . The CAI will perform the professional <br /> services within the timeframe more particularly set forth in Attachment A , attached to <br /> this work order and made a part hereof by this reference all in accordance with the terms <br /> and provisions set forth in the AGREEMENT . Pursuant to the AGREEMENT , nothing <br /> contained in any Work Order shall conflict with the terms of the AGREEMENT and the <br /> terms of the AGREEMENT shall be deemed to be incorporated in each individual Work <br /> Order as if fully set forth herein . <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the parties hereto have executed this Work Order as of the <br /> date first written above . <br /> CARTER ASSOCIATES , INC .
