Effective Date : October 1 , 2006 . <br /> Minimum Specification Requirements as follows: <br /> • In-place moisture density testing of embankment fill , pipe backfill , stabilized sub <br /> grade , base course, and curb pads by Nuclear Method (AASHTO-T238). <br /> • Laboratory testing of soils and aggregates including Proctors , Limerock Bearing <br /> Ratio (LBR) , soil classification , carbonate content (base) , and other such specified <br /> QC Tests . <br /> • Standard laboratory testing of concrete sidewalk and endwalls. <br /> • Preparation and issuance of engineering reports presenting the test results and <br /> their compliance with the project specifications. <br /> All work shall also comply with the current Florida Minimum Technical Standards. <br /> F:\Engineering\Capital Projects\0382 Fellsmere Bike Path-Sidewalk\0382 BCC Agenda WON 02 CTI-02-02-07.doc <br />
