(ENGINEER) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . <br /> This Work Order No. 2 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> Bridge over Range Line Canal on 8th Street east of 74th Avenue <br /> SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> This Work Order No . 2 is for providing the design of a three- lane bridge, utilizing as many <br /> pre- cast components as possible to minimize the disruption and inconvenience to the users . <br /> The bridge will be located in the current location .
