(ENGINEER) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . <br /> This Work Order No . 3 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> Bridge over North Relief Canal at 56d' Place north of 53rd Street <br /> SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> This Work Order No . 3 is for providing the design of a three-lane bridge, utilizing as many <br /> pre-cast components as possible to minimize the disruption and inconvenience to the users . <br /> The bridge will be located in the current location .
