Task 3.0 - ERP Certification of Completion and compliance <br /> The Environmental Resources Construction Permit will expire in April of 2005 . The stormwater <br /> features permitted in the original permit along with permit modifications will be reviewed and <br /> the certified as complete . Deviations from the construction permit, if any, will be noted and <br /> will accompany the certifications of compliance . Upon acceptance of the certifications FDEP <br /> will issue an operations permit which will be in force for perpetuity . <br /> CDM does not anticipate creating any drawings or requiring any additional survey work in <br /> order to fulfill the ERP Construction Permit certification process . <br /> TASK 4.0 - GENERAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE <br /> CDM will provide General Technical assistance to IRC SWDD staff on an as needed basis . <br /> SWDD staff are performing a number of the tasks required annually by the current FDEP <br /> Landfill permits . CDM will provide support as needed for the SWDD staff as they perform <br /> these tasks . <br /> Each task will be authorized and documented up to the budgeted amount for this task. <br /> A-3 mh1974. doc <br />
