(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County <br /> (COUNTY) . This Work Order No. 3 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> ( Reference attached map) <br /> The SURVEY LIMITS are as follows : north limit is the north line of the Kroegel Homestead <br /> Subdivision (tax parcel 31390800003000000001 . 0) according to the plat thereof, as recorded in <br /> Plat book 8 , page 83 of the public records of Indian River County, Florida ; east limit is the mean <br /> high water line of the Indian River Lagoon ; south limit is the south line of tax parcel number 31 - <br /> 39-08-00000-0020-00003. 1 currently owned by Timothy P . and Carey A. Timinsky ; west limit is <br /> the easterly line of Indian River Drive . The existing docks at the north and south end of the <br /> project limits are also included . <br /> SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The scope of services for this Work Order No. 3 is the preparation of a Boundary Survey for Lot <br /> 1 , Kroegel Homestead Subdivision and the preparation of a Special Purpose Survey for the <br /> remaining parcels within the project limits. All above-ground visible improvements lying within <br /> Lots 1 and 3 of Kroegel Homestead Subdivision will be located . Those improvements on Lot 2 <br /> of Kroegel Homestead Subdivision that are currently shown on a survey by Carter Associates , <br /> Inc. will be graphically shown on the survey . The Special Purpose Survey will include the <br /> deed/monumented line for those parcels lying south of Kroegel Homestead Subdivision , the two <br /> existing docks , the mean high water line of the Indian River Lagoon , approximate location of the <br /> Intracoastal Waterway, the 3 'Y2 foot (depth) below mean low water level line and a delineation of <br /> the riparian lines associated with each parcel .
