(SURVEYOR) and Indian River <br /> County (COUNTY) . This Work Order No. 3 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> Provide professional Surveying and Mapping services for the purpose of professional <br /> consultation , planning , research , GIS/AutoCADD mapping , data sheet creations and other <br /> related services as needed to complete anticipated tasks County Vertical Control Mapping as <br /> outlined in sections I , II , III and IV hereon . <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> County wide. <br /> SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> This Work Order No. 3 is for services to prepare and supply GIS and PDF Maps , <br /> books, data sheets related to the Indian River County Vertical Control Network <br /> ( IRCVCN ) and Bench Marks. Specifically, the existing County, NGS/DEP/DOT/St. <br /> Johns Vertical Control data . <br /> Services shall include all related research , consultation , meetings , field and office <br /> professional Surveying and Mapping procedures to accomplish all tasks as outlined in <br /> the attached ( Exhibit "A") hereon . <br /> SECTION III — DELIVERABLES <br /> As outlined in the attached ( Exhibit "A") hereon . AND a preliminary submittal of the <br /> map and data sheet formats shall be provided to the County for review and approval <br /> prior to final applications . <br /> SECTION IV - TIME FOR COMPLETION <br /> Scope of Services as indicated in section II hereon and Items 1 through 4 of the SURVEYORS <br /> scope of services (exhibit A) shall be completed within 60 calendar days of notice to proceed . <br /> Note: Time for completion is reliant on the county review and comments of the preliminary <br /> submittal . <br /> >T:\1100\1153 (IRC Benchmark Database)\Proposal\0504 Cnty Vertical Mapping Nick Miller-IRC W043 3-13-07-mob.doc <br />
