(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County <br /> (COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 4 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> ( Reference attached map) <br /> The SURVEY LIMITS are as follows : The existing +/- 1 . 67 acres situated along the south side of <br /> CR510, east of the Indian River surrounded by the proposed Ocean Sands Development, <br /> (tax parcel 31392600000002000001 . 0) Indian River County, Florida. <br /> SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The scope of services for this Work Order No. 4 is the preparation of a Boundary Survey , <br /> updating the previous Boundary Survey by Kimley-Horn and Associates , Inc. Job Number <br /> 047371001 . <br /> The survey shall depict the boundary as per deed of record (supplied by the County) , all above <br /> and obvious below ground improvements and monitoring wells in the near proximity of the <br /> existing cattle trough along the northern 40 feet of the parcel . <br /> Task does not include topographic features , trees or monitoring wells lying outside the areas <br /> mentioned above. <br /> SECTION III - TIME FOR COMPLETION/DELIVERABLES <br /> a) Project shall be completed within thirty (30) business days from Notice to Proceed . <br /> b) Deliverables shall be certified to Indian River County, include three (3) signed and <br /> sealed 24" x 36" AND three (3) reduced 81 /2" x 11 " — " legible" versions (for recording) , <br /> electronic copies in AutoCAD 2007 and PDF formats. <br /> c) The SURVEYOR' S work product shall meet or exceed the minimum standards as <br /> defined by Section It and made a part of this agreement , or the COUNTY will not <br /> approve the SURVEYOR' S request for payment. <br /> F:1Engineering\Capital Projects\0725- 2007 Annual Prof. Survey Contract12007-2008 Projects\Kimley Horn\Disney Bndry 12-18- <br /> 07\0725 WO 4, Kimley-Horn .
