INC <br /> Indian River County Benchmark Database Update <br /> Scope of Services <br /> Nick Miller, Inc. will create a new field within the Database created under Work Order No. 3 . The new <br /> field will contain a link to the Benchmark within in the Benchmark Inventory Book. The link will be <br /> activated by the end-user turning on the Hyperlink function in ESRI's ArcMap and ArcReader <br /> software suites . The Hyperlink function is turned on by clicking the mouse on the Hyperlink Icon . <br /> Any Monument that the user then clicks on will open a PDF of the corresponding page in the <br /> Benchmark Inventory Book. <br /> Nick Miller, Inc. will complete the following work items : <br /> 1 . Create a PDF file of each page as it appears in the Benchmark Inventory Book created under <br /> Work Order No. 3 . <br /> 2. Create a new field in the Database that will contain a link to the correct PDF file for each <br /> Benchmark in the Database. <br /> 3. Create the links in the Database between the Benchmarks and the PDF files. <br /> 4 . Setup the Hyperlink function in ArcMap to work with the new field . <br /> Nick Miller, Inc. will complete the described work items once the County has approved the Index and <br /> the Datasheets created under Work Order No. 3 . <br /> The county will provide the following items to Nick Miller, Inc. : <br /> 1 .
