Attachment 1 (Scope of Work) Scope of Services Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard, L. L.C . will provide services including surveying, geotechnical exploration, engineering design, hydraulic analysis/model of the Master Planned 12" Water Main and future water main grid/network in Vero Lake Estates, preparation of Construction Plans, preparation and submittal of permit applications, construction administration and periodic construction field inspection for the proposed project that will provide for the construction of approximately 24,930 If of 12" P. V . C . and H .D .P.E . Master Planned 12" Water Main and associated appurtenances to be located and constructed along the following route : - Connection is made to a 20" D. I .P. water main at the southeast corner of CR512 and 104'hAve . intersection. - On 104'' Ave. ; from CR512 south 1300 if to 93 `d St. - On 93rd St. ; from 104th Ave, east 3201f to 103 `d Ct. - On 103`d Ct. ; from 93`d St. , south 2735 if to 891h St. - On 89th St. ; from 103`d Ct. , west 335 If to 104th Ave . - On 104th Ave. ; from 89th St. , south 66051f to 791h St. - On 79th St. ; from 104th Ave, east 86501f to 9151 Ave . - On 915` Ave. ; from 79th St. , north 4335 If to 85" Pl . - On 85th Pl . ; from 915` Ave., east 650 if to 90th Ave (CR510) - Connection is made to a 16" D. I .P . water main at the southwest corner of 85th Pl. and 90th Ave (CR510) intersection. See Exhibit "A" for location and Exhibit "B" for cost estimate. The estimated construction cost of this project is $ 2 ,040,712.72. In order to execute this project in the most cost effective manner with the most aggressive schedule, Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard, L.L. C. is using the following sub-consultants: • Houston, Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard, Inc. for the route survey. • KSM Engineering & Testing, Inc. for soil boring and testing information.
