r Page 2 of 3 WO # 4 (MMR) CR 512 Phase IV, Additional Topographic Survey May 3 , 2005 SECTION IV — DELIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT a) Survey shall be supplied as a topographic base map file to the in house design team of Masteller, Moler and Reed involved in this particular project. b) Said base map file shall include, survey horizontal and vertical control and subsequent topographic data sufficient for all anticipated design and planning needs . c) Survey horizontal/vertical control shall be established and referenced as to facilitate baseline re- establishment and construction . References and Bench Marks shall be logistically placed outside proposed limits of construction and be comprised of durable material . d) Survey horizontal/vertical control shall be provided to the design team in a fashion as to include in the design plans a Survey Horizontal/Vertical Control sheet. Said sheet shall include Baseline , references, benchmarks and state plane coordinate datum on pertinent horizontal control . e) Deliverables for the final ( 100%) submittal to the County will consist of a digital file (Disc) . f) The SURVEYOR shall prepare its Work Product Digital versions so that the COUNTY or other consultants can readily use it for design and analysis of the area defined . It shall contain all information necessary for a third-party surveyor to independently recreate and/or utilize the survey work. It is acknowledged that all final products become property of Indian River County and will be available for use by the public at large . g) The SURVEYOR ' S work product shall meet or exceed the minimum standards as defined by Sections II, III, IV and Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made part of this agreement, or the COUNTY will not approve the SURVEYOR ' S request for payment . SECTION V — COMPENSATION The COUNTY agrees to pay , and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, a fee for services rendered as identified in Sections II , III and IV of this Work Order No . 4 , for a Lump Sum of $ 39 , 625 . 00 . All and/or any additional services not described hereon shall be pre -approved by the COUNTY . Approved additional services shall be invoiced at the rates disclosed in the approved fee schedule with the Surveyor for the contract year of October 1 , 2004 through September 30 , 2005 . All invoicing and payments shall be in accordance with the original Professional Surveying Services Agreement for Annual Surveying and Mapping Services , Contract No . 0390 with the COUNTY and as stated in Sections III , IV and V hereon .
