On Motion by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by Commissioner <br />Bogosian and unanimously carried, the State Witness Payroll of the County <br />Court for the October 1967Term' was approved in the amount of $131.08. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner Mc - <br />Cullers and unanimously carried, the application for renewal of a pistol <br />permit by Robert B. LeBase, Jr. was approved. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers, and unanimously carried that the Clerk be authorized to <br />open an additional bank account; under the Road and Bridge fund, Indian <br />River Citrus Bank, for the purpose of depositing funds for special <br />projects, such as the money to be received. from the Continental <br />Casualty Company for the completion of the work at Vero Beach Tropical <br />Gardens, Units 1 & 2. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried, the following payments were authorized <br />from the Road and Bridge Fund, Cost of Procuring right-of-way to the <br />Registry of the Court Fund, in the condemnation suit, No. 429, State <br />Road Department of Florida and Indian River County vs•., L.A. Davis, et <br />al., on State Road 512: Parcel No. 1 - $881.50; Parcel No. 2 - $760.00; <br />and Parcel No. 3 -$240.00. <br />On Motion by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner <br />Bogosian and unanimously carried the payment of $115.00 to Leroy Carter <br />from the Fine and Forfeiture Fund was approved, per Order dated October <br />10, 1967, State of Florida Vs. Leroy Carter, signed by Miles B. Mank II, <br />County Judge. <br />On Motion by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald and unanimously carried the following Item to Item Transfers <br />were approved: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Account <br />951 Contingencies <br />275.1 Juvenile Court Expense <br />563.2 Welfare -Relief <br />691.1 Landfill Operation <br />691.2 Landfill Labor <br />OCT 18197 <br />from <br />$ 2700.00 <br />to <br />$200.00 <br />1500.00 <br />900.00 <br />100.00 <br />
