On Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissione <br />Bogosian the following resolution was unanimously adopted. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 67- 63 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida,' resolve: <br />1. That in accordance with the Agreement dated July 10, 1964, <br />supplemented by Agreement dated February 8, 1965, among Indian River <br />County, Sebastian Inlet District and Ursin and others, referred to therein <br />as the Owners, the Chairman and Clerk of this Board are herewith authorized <br />and directed to make, execute and deliver on behalf of the County the Perpe- <br />tual Easement from the County to the Sebastian Inlet District in the form <br />hereby approved. <br />The County Attorney reported that the Continental Casualty Company <br />has made an offer to settle the suit regarding the performance bond <br />of Vero Beach Development Company for Vero Beach Tropical Gardens, <br />Units 1 and 2. The offer amounts to the total settlement of twenty- <br />eight thousand dollars ($28,000.00) from which costs and fees will be <br />deducted. On recommendation of the County Attorney and Gould, Cooksey <br />and Fennell, Motion was made by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by <br />Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried that the settlement be <br />accepted. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Macdona 4,seconded by Commissioner <br />Bogosian and unanimously carried, the following resolution was adopted. <br />11 <br />1OCT 181967 <br />BOOK 10 rAtE42 <br />
