Inc. Review and plotting of relevant <br />information including but not limited to ownership and Easements/Encumbrances, from said 30 -near <br />title search report. Supporting documentation shall be furnished to Indian River County for these <br />parcels. Survey shall indicate title report identifying number, date and related scheduled "B" items <br />that affect property (As applicable). <br />Prepare and furnish current color ortho-rectified aerial photograph of the project site in glossy paper <br />and digital format. Aerial photography to be performed and prepared by Pickett Aerial Surreys, a <br />division of Pickett & Associates, Inc. (to be obtained by the consultant). <br />Vertical Control Survey and Topographic survey of the entire site with one -foot contours, including <br />spot elevations on a 100 foot grid and at all grade changes and unusual topographic features. Limits <br />of topographic data will extend 150 feet beyond the property lines (excepting subdivision <br />improvements along the westerly property line). Topography to be referenced to the National <br />Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 with benchmarks provided on a minimum of three corner <br />monuments. <br />Right-of-way positioning/mapping and Cross-sections in relationship to the boundary survey of the <br />Indian River Farms Water Control Districts "Lateral J" and "South Relief Canals" at 100 -foot <br />intervals, f/- from Right -of -Way to Right -of -Way line and/or as obtainable in open/non-vegetative <br />areas. <br />Locations, canal Right -of -Way alignment positioning/mapping and Cross sections of the project site <br />access road from the south Right-of-way of Old Dixie Highway to the east boundary of the project <br />site at 100 foot intervals <br />Locate all improvements within the two parcels, within five feet and/or along property lines and +,'- <br />150 feet of the exterior limits of overall parcel (excepting subdivision improvements not directly <br />along the westerly property line). <br />Locate all above ground visible utilities including researching the existing tower/communications <br />underground installations <br />Locate all protected hardwood tree, pine trees and cabbage palms with a diameter of 6 inches and <br />greater and the exterior limits of dense vegetation. <br />Deliverables: <br />Three hardcopy versions of the boundary and improvements survey alone. <br />Three hardcopy versions of the boundary/improvements/top graphic/contour data (Without aerial) <br />Three hardcopy versions of the boundary,/improvements/topographic/contour data (With aerial) <br />CD/electronic file of all mentioned versions in Autocad 2005 or compatible version to the county. <br />Our survey will be performed and prepared in accordance with the survey requirements of the Minimum <br />Technical Standards (M.T.S.) set forth by the Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers, pursuant to <br />Section 472.027, Florida Statutes and Chapter 6 1 G 17, Florida Administrative Code. <br />Based on our review of the existing survey data, property appraiser's maps and the existing conditions of the <br />site, we estimate the cost to perform the required field tasks and prepare the necessary survey certificates to <br />be the following: <br />S:T\o�;-748s\docs\OS-748p OBrien.doc 2 <br />Serving; Florida <br />Since I I I <br />
