(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY). This <br /> Work Order No. 5 amends the agreement as follows: <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> Various locations throughout the entire County . <br /> SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> This Work Order No . 5 is for providing a Professional Geodetic Surveying Services as <br /> specifically outlined in the attached " Proposal for Professional Geodetic Surveying Services" <br /> provided by Creech Engineers Inc. ( SURVEYOR ) dated July 30 , 2007 . <br /> Services shall include all related field and office professional Surveying and Mapping <br /> procedures to accomplish all tasks and COUNTY objectives as outlined in the attached <br /> mentioned proposal and Scope-of-Services submitted to the COUNTY by Creech Engineers , <br /> Inc. <br /> SECTION III - TIME FOR COMPLETION <br /> As provided in attached scope of services. <br /> SECTION IV — COMPENSATION <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, a fee for services <br /> rendered according to all the items as defined in Sections I , II , III and IV of this Work Order <br /> No . 5 , a Lump Sum of $2 , 050 . 00 per control monument. Fees are based on a minimum of <br /> fifteen ( 15 = $31 , 750 . 00 ) and a maximum of twenty five (25 = $ 51 , 250 . 00) completed control <br /> points .
