Indian River County <br /> GPS DENSIFICATION PROJECT 2007 <br /> July 30, 2007 <br /> Page 4 of 5 <br /> each point (as identified above), and sketch of adequate and sustainable <br /> reference points (Min 3) as to allow for the re-establishment of the position <br /> without instrumentation (distances and bearings) as set in the field. The <br /> COUNTY has the option to modify the individual sheets as to enhance or <br /> improve upon outline. <br /> 5. ) The COUNTY shall prepare its Work Product so that it can be readily used by the <br /> COUNTY or other consultants for a variety of purposes. It shall contain all <br /> information necessary for an independent third-party surveyor or entity to <br /> independently locate and utilize the I . R. H.C. N. (GPS) control network. All final <br /> products, drawings, files or information related to this project shall become property <br /> of Indian River County and remain so for the use of the County and Public at large. <br /> TIME OF COMPLETION <br /> The SURVEYOR shall complete the field Monumentation and GPS monumentations within <br /> eight (8) weeks of Notice to Proceed from the COUNTY. A preliminary submittal to the <br /> COUNTY and the NGS will be completed the second week of December, 2007 . Final <br /> acceptance by the NGS and final deliverables to the COUNTY are anticipated to be completed <br /> by January 30, 2008. <br /> ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> The SURVEYOR will provide, as requested , additional services that require analyses beyond <br /> those described in the above task(s) . These additional services may include, but not limited to: <br /> A. Additional surveying services; <br /> B. Additional data formatting and submittal to agencies other than specifically stated <br /> herein ; <br /> C. Access to restricted areas, or remote areas requiring special access and/or security <br /> clearance. <br /> INFORMATION AND /OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE COUNTY <br /> The following information and/or services shall be provided to the SURVEYOR by the COUNTY <br /> or his representative: <br /> A. Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) "go to" files; <br /> B. Map of monuments to be Blue Booked. <br /> FEES AND BILLING <br /> This proposal, as well as the attached General Contract Provisions , represents the entire <br /> understanding between the COUNTY and the SURVEYOR concerning the PROJECT.
