The monthly reports of the County Agent, the County Welfare <br />Caseworker and the County Service Officer were received and placed <br />on file with the Clerk. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by Commissioner <br />Bogosian the application of Aaron Dunlap to enter Florida State <br />Tuberculosis Hospital was unanimously approved. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Bogosian and unanimously carried, Forrest McCullars, County Agent, <br />was authorized to attend: The State Horticultural Society Meeting <br />in Miami on November 7 through 9, The County Zoning Conference in <br />Clewiston on November 21 and The Indian River Citrus Grower's Tour <br />of the Citrus Station at Lake Alfred on November 29. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Bogosian and unanimously carried, Forrest McCullars, County Agent <br />was given permission to notify the prospective bidders of the <br />automobile, as advertised that an additional required specification <br />is to be a minimum wheelbase of 119 inches. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers, the bond of A. Richard Todd, by United States Fidelity <br />and Guaranty Company, appointed as Trustee to the Indian River County <br />Hospital District, was unanimously approved. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner <br />Dritenbas and unanimously approved the Report No. 672B made on the <br />audit of the accounts and records of the Board of Commissioners of <br />the Indian River Mosquito Control District, Indian River County <br />for the fiscal years ended September 30, 1964, 1965, and 1966 is <br />now filed and made a part of the public records of this. Board. <br />Commissioner Bogosian brought to the attention of the Board that <br />the Economic Opportunity Council of Indian River County has made <br />applications for two new activity programs in this County. 1. Program <br />to aid children from economically disadvantaged families.2.
