(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County <br /> (COUNTY) . This Work Order No. 8 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No . 8 is for the SURVEYOR to perform a Boundary, Topographic and Wetland <br /> Survey for the ±50 . 61 Acres of County Road 512 Land Acquisition Property bordered on the <br /> west and north by established parcel lines, the south by County Road 512 and east by the <br /> proposed 101s' Avenue alignment, all lying in Section 21 , Township 31 South , Range 38 East, <br /> Indian River County, Florida . <br /> SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor Inc. and Indian River County, The <br /> Surveyor shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as outlined <br /> in this Work Order No . 8 described as follows: <br /> • Boundary & Improvement Survey to FCT Standards: <br /> 1 . Perform boundary survey for the property described above and per legal description <br /> provided by the COUNTY (attached exhibit A) and will meet Minimum Technical <br /> Standards ( MTS) as set forth by Florida Statutes and the Florida Communities Trust <br /> ( FCT) Procedures attached hereto and made part of this agreement. <br /> 2 . Set monumentation ( I . R . C. 's) at all property corners per Minimum Technical <br /> Standards ( MTS) upon acquisition by COUNTY . Replace monumentation with <br /> permanent reference monuments as necessary. <br /> 3. Locate all existing improvements within fifteen ( 15) feet of property lines and to the <br /> south edge of pavement of CR 512 . Show all existing and proposed CR 512 Right- <br /> of-Way alignments (both sides) . <br /> 4. Show alignment for proposed 1015' Avenue extension . Prepare sketch and legals for <br /> acquisition purposes based upon Boundary Survey. <br /> 5 . Tie to State Plane Coordinates with NAD 83/99 value on a minimum of two boundary <br /> corners. <br />
