DRAINAGE EASEMENT THIS EASEMENT made this 16th day of November , A.D. 1969 between Stanley H. Griffis and Margaret C. Griffis, his wife as the first parties , and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, as second party, WITNESSETH: That the party of the firstjpart, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant unto the party of the second part, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right of way for the purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing and main- taining draihage ditches and drains in, upon and through the following described land in INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA., to -wit: The North 10 feet of the North 190 feet of Lot "A", said 190 feet being measured along the western boundary line of said Lot "A", according to the Plat of Lake Park Subdivision filed' in the Office of the Clerk of *the Circuit Court. of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat Book 3, Page 12: said land lying and being in,Indian River!County, Florida.. i, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the second party, its successors and ;4A'��=q assigns, together with immunity unto the second party, its successors or assigns from all claims for damage, i any, arising from or growing out of such construction and/or maintenance to the lands, if any, owned by the first parties , lying adjacent or contiguous to the lands herein- above described and the parties of the first part will defend the title to said lands against all persons claiming by, through or under said parties of the first part.
