ME- 1 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated September <br /> 23rd , 2005 between Morgan & Eklund , Inc. (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County <br /> (COUNTY) . <br /> This Work Order No . ME- 1 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS : <br /> The existing Wabasso Beach Park site as shown on a survey prepared by Morgan & Eklund , <br /> Inc. dated 10/13/05 (commission number 5315- 08) and any adjacent areas in order to meet <br /> the FDEP CCCL survey specifications . <br /> SECTION 11 — SCOPE OF SERVICES : <br /> This Work Order No .
