M . on Wednesday , <br /> February 1 , 2012 . Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall bear the name <br /> and address of the bidder on the outside and the words " 6th Avenue S .W . Culvert <br /> Replacement and Bid No . 2012033 " . Bids should be addressed to Purchasing Division , 1800 <br /> 27th Street , Vero Beach , Florida 32960 . All bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2 : 00 <br /> P . M . All bids received after 2 : 00 P . M . , of the day specified above , will be returned unopened . <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROJECT NO. 1136 <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BID NO. 2012033 <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Consists of the installation of a new culvert w/ standard FDOT <br /> headwalls on 6tn Avenue S. W. north of 23rd Street S. W. Also included in this project is <br /> the reconstruction of the existing sidewalk and roadway. <br /> All material and equipment furnished and all work performed shall be in strict accordance <br /> with the plans , specifications , and contract documents pertaining thereto , which may be <br /> obtained from the Public Works Department/ Engineering Division , 1801 27th Street , Vero <br /> Beach , Florida , 32960 , ( 772 ) 226 - 1283 . Copies of the plans and specifications containing the <br /> necessary contract documents may be obtained by deposit of a check made payable to Indian <br /> River County, in the amount of $ 75. 00 for each set, which represents cost of printing and <br /> handling, which is non -refundable . Communications concerning this bid shall be directed to <br /> IRC Purchasing Division at purchasing ( ircgov . com . <br /> All bidders shall submit one ( 1 ) original and one ( 1 ) copy of the Bid Proposal forms provided <br /> within the specifications .
