5 . 03 Certificates of Insurance B . The policies of insurance so required by this
<br /> paragraph 5 . 04 to be purchased and maintained shall :
<br /> A . CONTRACTOR shall deliver to OWNER , with
<br /> copies to each additional insured identified in the 1 . with respect to insurance required by
<br /> Supplementary Conditions , certificates of insurance paragraphs 5 . 04 . A . 3 through 5 . 04 . A . 6 inclusive ,
<br /> (and other evidence of insurance requested by OWN - include as additional insureds (subject to any
<br /> ER or any other additional insured ) which CON - customary exclusion in respect of professional
<br /> TRACTOR is required to purchase and maintain . liability) OWNER , ENGINEER , ENGINEER's
<br /> OWNER shall delilvle .r to G. Q. NITR4GTQR , with r.9pies Consultants , and any other individuals or
<br /> entities identified in the Supplementary Condi -
<br /> mentaFy , tions , all of whom shall be listed as additional
<br /> insureds , and include coverage for the respec-
<br /> tive officers , directors , partners , employees ,
<br /> agents , and other consultants and
<br /> subcontractors of each and any of all such
<br /> 5 . 04 CONTRACTOR 's Liability Insurance additional insureds , and the insurance afforded
<br /> to these additional insureds shall provide
<br /> A . CONTRACTOR shall purchase and maintain primary coverage for all claims covered
<br /> such liability and other insurance as is appropriate for thereby-,
<br /> the Work being performed and as will provide
<br /> protection from claims set forth below which may arise 2 . include at least the specific
<br /> out of or result from CONTRACTOR 's performance of coverages and be written for not less than the
<br /> the Work and CONTRACTOR's other obligations limits of liability provided in the Supplementary
<br /> under the Contract Documents , whether it is to be per- Conditions or required by Laws or Regulations ,
<br /> formed by CONTRACTOR , any Subcontractor or whichever is greater;

<br /> by any of them to perform any of the Work , or by 3 , include completed operations
<br /> anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable : insurance ;
<br /> 1 . claims under workers ' compensation , 4 , include contractual liability insurance
<br /> disability benefits , and other similar employee covering CONTRACTOR's indemnity
<br /> benefit acts ; obligations under paragraphs 6 . 07 , 6 . 11 , and
<br /> 6 . 20 ;
<br /> 2 , claims for damages because of
<br /> bodily injury, occupational sickness or disease , 5 , contain a provision or endorsement
<br /> or death of CONTRACTOR's employees , that the coverage afforded will not be canceled ,
<br /> materially changed or renewal refused until at
<br /> 3 , claims for damages because of least thirty days prior written notice has been
<br /> bodily injury, sickness or disease , or death of given to OWNER and CONTRACTOR and to
<br /> any person other than CONTRACTOR's each other additional insured identified in the
<br /> employees ; Supplementary Conditions to whom a certificate
<br /> of insurance has been issued (and the

<br /> CONTRACTOR , or ( ii ) by any other person for payment and at all times thereafter when CON -
<br /> any other reason ; TRACTOR may be correcting , removing , or
<br /> replacing defective Work in accordance with
<br /> 5 , claims for damages , other than to the paragraph 13 . 07 ; and
<br /> Work itself, because of injury to or destruction
<br /> of tangible property wherever located , including 7 . with respect to completed operations
<br /> loss of use resulting therefrom ; and insurance , and any insurance coverage written
<br /> on a claims-made basis , remain in effect for at
<br /> 6 , claims for damages because of least two years after final payment (and
<br /> bodily injury or death of any person or property CONTRACTOR shall furnish OWNER and
<br /> damage arising out of the ownership , mainte- each other additional insured identified in the
<br /> nance or use of any motor vehicle . Supplementary Conditions , to whom a
<br /> certificate of insurance has been issued ,
