had been adjourned on December 20, having been held and there <br />being no further objections, on Motion made by Commissioner <br />McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Dritenbas and unanimously <br />carried, the County Attorney was requested to prepare the <br />Resolution in final form to be adopted at the next meeting on <br />January 24, 1968„ <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Dritenbas the following resolution was unanimously <br />adopted: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68- 1 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, resolves: <br />That the statement of December 28, 1967, from the Law Offices <br />of Gould, Cooksey & Fennell in the amount of $500.00 for legal services in <br />acquiring rights of ways on a portion of State Road 512, Section 88040-2507, <br />be approved and forwarded to the State Road Department with the request <br />that the same be paid and charged to the account of this county for secondary <br />:goad hfui;ds. <br />* <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Dritenbas, the following resolution was unanimously <br />adopted: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68- 2'. <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, resolves: <br />That the form of Agreement between the Indian River Mosquito <br />Control District and this County pertaining to the leasing of a dragline is <br />herewith approved and the Chairman and Clerk are authorized and directed <br />to make, execute and deliver the Agreement for and upon behalf of this <br />County. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Dritenbas and unanimously carried Rosemary Richie, <br />0 19689x 71. <br />JAN <br />
