WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 1968':. <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida <br />met in regular session at the Courthouse,.Vero Beach, Florida on <br />Wednesday, February 7, 1968 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. Present were <br />Robert W. Graves, Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Jr., Vice Chairman; <br />Donald Macdonald; Richard P. Bogosian and. Jack U. Dritenbas. Also <br />present were Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator; Sherman N. Smith, <br />Jr., County Attorney; and Alfred. H. Webber and Janet N. Burriss, <br />Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if there <br />were any corrections or additions to the minutes of December 6,=15 and <br />,1967; and January 3, 10 and 24, 1968. There were none and on <br />Motion made by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald and unanimously carried, the minutes were approved as <br />written. <br />Mr. William E. Kelly appeared before the Board inquiring <br />the future status of SR 510 as far as maintenance and upkeep are <br />'concerned. He was told by the Board that the Road would go back <br />into the Secondary Roads of the County and would be maintained as <br />such. He also reported that the Florida Minerals Company when they <br />had finished with their digging, had left a big hole fullof water <br />and "a ---big pile of sand. The Board said that they would look into <br />the matter. <br />The following letter from A. R. Jones, Chairman of the Board <br />of Hospital Trustees was received and placed on file. <br />
