S . , INC . <br /> This Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Civil Engineering Services Agreement with <br /> Arcadis U . S . , Inc . is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated December 13 , 2005 <br /> and the extension thereof, between Arcadis U . S . , Inc . ( ENGINEER) and Indian River County <br /> ( COUNTY ) . <br /> This Amendment No . 2 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> Consultant services are required for the for modifications to the Falcon Trace Subdivision permit <br /> with St . Johns River Water Management District ( SJRWMD ) due to required changes in the <br /> construction of 201h Avenue from 25th Street SW to 21St Street SW . <br /> SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The scope of services for this Amendment No . 2 is to perform the following tasks as requested <br /> by the County : <br /> 1 . Submission of a permit modification to the permit for Falcon Trace Subdivision . <br /> 2 . Submission of a drainage easement for the pond . <br /> 3 . Submission of drainage calculations for the proposed pond . <br /> 4 . Submission of calculations demonstrating no net increase in nutrients will result from <br /> the proposed project . <br /> 5 . Submission of plans showing the location of erosion control devices . <br /> SECTION III - TIME FOR COMPLETION <br /> Supplemental tasks shall be completed within 30 business days from the date of execution <br /> of this Amendment No . 2 to the Professional Civil Engineering Services Agreement with <br /> Arcadis U .
