BRIDGE REPLACEMENTS AND WIDENING OF 66TH AVENUE <br /> FROM SOUTH OF SR 60 TO NORTH OF 57TH STREET <br /> IRC PROJECT NUMBER 0545 <br /> PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING, GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING <br /> AND LAND SURVEYING SERVICES <br /> AMENDMENT NO . 11 TO THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING/LAND SURVEYING <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN ARCADIS US , Inc. AND INDIAN RIVER <br /> COUNTY, FLORIDA . <br /> This is an amendment to the existing Engineering/Land Surveying Services Agreement <br /> (AGREEMENT) dated September 6, 2005 between ARCADIS US , Inc . (ENGINEER) and <br /> Indian River County (COUNTY) . This amendment addresses changes in " Section I — Project <br /> Limits and Description" and " Section V - Compensation" . <br /> Amendment Description <br /> This Amendment includes the following : <br /> " SECTION I - PROJECT LIMITS AND DESCRIPTION" is being modified to incorporate <br /> the following: <br /> Plans have been prepared for the construction of 66`h Avenue from south of SR 60 to north of <br /> 57th Street. The typical section for the segment of 66"' Avenue between 26d' Street and 37th Street <br /> provides for a 46400t wide raised median . The plans will be revised to reduce the width of the <br /> median to 22- feet for the section between 26th Street and 33rd Street. The location of the <br /> northbound lanes will not be affected . The southbound lanes will be shifted 24 -feet towards the <br /> east to provide for this median width reduction . The 22 -foot wide median will be maintained for <br /> a distance of approximately 350 feet north of 33rd Street for the full length of the southbound left <br /> turn lanes at 33rd Street. A transition will be provided from this point northward to widen to <br /> match the 46 foot wide median. Stormwater drainage inlets, manholes, and piping improvements <br /> are currently included in the plans for the project. The location of the drainage system will not be <br /> modified .
