applicable regulations established by the county zoning <br />resolution for the district in which the land is located. " <br />"(d) Each application for a permit that involves the con- <br />struction, installation or modification of a septic tank or <br />absorption field shall bear a current certificate by the <br />County Health Department certifying that said authority <br />has issued a permit authorizing the construction or in- <br />stallation shown on the application and plot diagram." <br />(9) PLOT DIAGRAM. Section 105.4 is amended to. read: <br />"The Building Official shall require drawings showing <br />the location of the proposed building or structure and of <br />every existing building or structure on the site or lot. <br />The plot diagram shall show (1) the building, front yard, <br />side yard, rear yard, floor and parking areas, (2) the <br />building height, and (3) the setback from any road, street <br />or highway existing or proposed in the county outside the <br />limits of any municipality. The Building Official or the <br />County Administrator may also require a boundary line <br />survey, if necessary, prepared by a qualified surveyor. <br />The plot diagram for each application that involves the <br />construction, installation or modification of a septic tank <br />or absorption field or well shall show the location of the <br />septic tank, absorption field and well and the location of <br />the neighboring septic tank, absorption field and well. " <br />(10) EXAMINATION OF DRAWINGS. Section 105.6 is amended <br />to read: <br />"(a) The Building Official shall examine or cause to be <br />examined each application for permit and the drawings <br />and computations filed therewith and shall ascertain by <br />such examinations whether the construction indicated <br />and described is in accordance with the requirements of <br />this code and all other pertinent laws or regulations <br />(sometimes herein referred to as ordinances). " <br />"(b) Permits issued upon Architects or Engineers affi- <br />davits. The Building Official may accept a sworn affidavit" <br />from a registered architect or engineer stating that the <br />plans submitted conform to the laws as to egress, type <br />'of construction and general arrangement and if accom - <br />panied by drawing showing the structural design, and by. <br />a statement that the plans and design conform to the <br />requirements of this code as to strength, stresses, <br />strains, loads and stability, he may without any exami- <br />nation or inspection accept such affidavit." <br />(11) CONTRACTORS LICENSE AND BOND. Section 106.2 is <br />repealed. <br />(12) PERMITS ISSUED UPON AFFIDAVITS.
