Mr. Homer Fletcher, County Tax Assessor, appeared before <br />the Board and presented Mr. Everett Cline of the Addressograph <br />Corporation who related to the Board the advantages of a Service <br />Contract for equipment used in the Tax Assessor's Office. A <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald and unanimously carried that the Service Policy by the <br />Addressograph Corporation on equipment in the Tax Assessor's <br />Office at an annual cost of $2,294.60 be accepted. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bogosian, the following Resolution was unanimously <br />adopted: <br />RESOLUTION NO::.f8-. <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River. County,. Florida, <br />resolves: <br />That the form of deed submitted herewith amending the prior deed <br />between Indian River County, Florida, party of the first part, and Indian <br />River County Hospital District, party of the second part, providing in effect <br />for an extension of time for use of the property by the party of the second <br />part, is herewith approved and the Chairman and Clerk are authorized and <br />directed to execute and deliver said deed. <br />The Board then recessed at 12:00 o'clock Noon and reconvened <br />at 1:30 o'clock P. M. <br />
