. The monthly report of the County Welfare Caseworker was <br />received and placed on file in the office of the Clerk. <br />The Administrator was authorized to construct two public <br />toilets at the KiwanispHobart Park at a cost of $300.00 each. <br />The Administrator was instructed to answer a letter from <br />Flesher's Hauling & Excavating Company in regard to his offer <br />to maintain the Roseland landfill at.a cost of $7500.00 <br />yearly. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bogosian and unanimously carried that the County <br />Administrator be requested to contact the officers of the <br />City of Vero Beach to advise them that the County contemplates. <br />as a part of its road program beginning July 1 to construct <br />State Road 611, Clemans Avenue from Walker Avenue to the South <br />Gifford Road in order to complete and join together the <br />sections of the pavement finished during the present year and <br />that the County requests that the City have completed the <br />right-of-way alignment of these sections of this road and <br />that it either convey the right-of-way to the State Road .Depart- <br />ment or to the County or dedicate it by proper action of the <br />City as a public road and that the road will be constructed <br />in such a manner that it will be the usual twenty-four foot <br />width county road that now exists both North and South. If the <br />City wishes to construct according to its plans, a four lane <br />mobile section through this area, it can be done now if the <br />City pays the cost of paving the additional two lanes as shown <br />on the present four laning plan. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bogosian the following Resolution was unanimously <br />adopted: : <br />o -11 r 153 <br />
