Effective Date : September 11 , 2007 . <br /> Minimum Specification Requirements as follows : <br /> Soil Compaction <br /> Concrete Compressive Strength Testing <br /> All work shall also comply with the current Florida Minimum Technical Standards , <br /> COMPENSATION . <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the Geotechnical Professional agrees to accept , a fee for <br /> services rendered according to the " Scope of Services" identified in the attached EXHIBIT " A" <br /> Fee Schedule and Man Hours . <br /> A Not-to- Exceed Amount of: $ 288 . 00 to be paid on a unit price basis for actual work performed <br /> in accordance with the schedule of services and fees set forth in Exhibit A of RENEWAL OF <br /> THE ANNUAL GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES CONTRACT IRC PROJECT NO . 0534 WITH <br /> ARDAMAN & ASSOCIATES , INC .
