FIRST EXTENSION TO AGREEMENT S. C . <br /> FOR PROVIDING AUCTION J� Orf/� A.' <br /> SERVICES FOR INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA ^4PP . Z t9 . 1J <br /> This Extension to that certain Agreement to provide auction services is entered into effective as <br />of <br /> February 19, 2013 by and between Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ( " County" ) <br /> and Associate Auctions, LLC, a Florida corporation , having its principal address at 416 SE Cortez Ave., Stuart, Florida <br /> 34994 ( "Auctioneer" ) . <br /> BACKGROUND RECITALS <br /> A. Effective February 19, 2013, the County and the Auctioneer entered into an Agreement for Auction <br /> Services . <br /> Be Article 22 of the Agreement contains the term and renewal provisions . <br /> C. Pursuant to the Agreement, the parties desire to renew the Agreement by this Extension . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and other good and valuable consideration, the <br /> receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the County and the Auctioneer agree as follows : <br /> 1 . The background recitals are true and correct and form a material part of this First Extension . <br /> 2 . The initial renewal term shall commence effective as of February 19, 2014 and shall end on February 18, <br /> 2015; three additional renewal terms are available beyond this first renewal . All renewal terms are subject <br /> to 30-day termination in accordance with the terms of this Contract . <br /> 3 .
