The County Attorney reported that he was publishing a Notice in the Press Journal of a public hearing on the question of the Community Action Agency to be held before the Board at the meeting of April 10, 1968 at 11:001o'clock A. M. The County Attorney reported that the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund will hold a public hearing on the proposed enlargement of the Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge to be held in the County Commissioners Room on Friday, March 29, 1968 at 7:30 otclock P. M. On a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner McCullers the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: RESOLUTION NO. 68-20 The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, resolves: 1. That the establishment of the county public park known as Kiwanis - Hobart Park was made initially feasible through the efforts of Mr. E. A. Hobart and Mr. Hobart's interests have continued by his contribution of the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5, 000.00) to the county for development of the park and his latest expression at the formal dedication of the park on March 14, 1968, was a further contribution of the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5, 000. 00). 2. That this Board and its individual members do herewith express to Mr. E. A. Hobart their sincere thanks and appreciation for his continuing assistance and contributions toward the developMent of this public park for the use and benefit of all of the citizens of Indian River County. 3.
