EXHIBIT B <br /> 65001P street ASHWOOD GROVE FARM / re-FENCING <br /> MATERIALS : replace existing materials with exact or better: 50" diamond <br /> mesh wire attached to a minimum of 54x 8' PT posts . <br /> Corner posts and posts at 160' intervals are to be set in concrete and <br /> fenceline braced according to industry standards with with 4x4 brace posts <br /> and fence tension wire at corners and gates . Wire is to be attached 1" <br /> from the ground and attached to posts that allow for 14/2 to 2" of top <br /> board clearance above wire . Wire is pulled taught with even tension on top <br /> and bottom before attaching to farthest concrete set post to accept line of <br /> tension before attachment to other posts along line. Corners are not square, <br /> but eased . ( see Horse fencing guide ) <br /> Top boards are 16' full cut PT 1"x 6"x16. Posts, after complete installation <br /> are trimmed only slightly above top board to clear it and on a barely <br /> perceptible diagonal to encourage moisture shedding. <br /> ENTRY GATES : are to be removed and rehung square at exact present <br /> height. Gates will be recessed to a distance that will allow for safely closing <br /> while one's vehicle is parked to exit or enter 12th street-please see owner <br /> for this distance determination at time of installation . <br /> FINISH : Gates, fenceline and posts are painted with fenceblack paint . <br /> All materials available through Sparr Building and Farm Supply. <br /> Thank you <br /> Debra Atwell <br /> 772-7134401 <br />
