The Administrator was requested to <br />advise Mr. Maher of this decision. <br />The Administrator referred to a letter from Flesher's <br />Hauling & Excavating Company mentioned in the minutes of <br />February 21, 1968, stating that the cost of the upkeep of the <br />Roseland Landfill under the present system approximated the <br />figure of $7,500 a6ked&by'the Flesher Company. Commissioner <br />Macdonald stated that he might be able to contact someone living <br />near the area who would be able to takecare of it. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner Dritenbas and it was unanimously carried that the <br />County accepts the deed from Floralton. Inc., a Florida Corporaton, <br />and from Joseph Walton and Florence Walton, his wife, conveying <br />to the County the right-of-way for public road as contained in <br />Wa.rrsnty.:Deed dated 22 March 1968 from Joseph W. Walton and <br />Florence Earle Walton, his wife and as contained in Warranty Deed <br />dated 25 March 1968 from Floralton, Inc., a Florida Corporation, <br />above property contained in additional right-of-way for Periwinkle <br />Drive and' Sea Grape Drive in Floralton Beach Subdivision and the <br />County does accept such roads for public maintenance and it is <br />ordered that the above deeds be recorded and filed. <br />The Board then recessed at 12:00 o'clock Noon and reconvened <br />at 1:00 o'clock P. M. Absent vas D. B. McCullers, Vice Chairman. <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by <br />Commissioner Macdb ald, the applications of Eddie Burnell Jordan, <br />Charles Franklin Bailey,Lee Roy Edison, Brazellia Redding Jones <br />and Willie Oliver for admission to Florida State Tuberculosis <br />Hospitals were unanimously approved. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Dritenbas seconded by <br />Commissioner Macdonald and the following Notice was unanimously <br />approved: <br />Jim it rdrE06 <br />APR 10 196B <br />
