<br /> 1 . The construction of two- single story structures and all site work :
<br /> a. 5 , 165 SF Administration and Operations Offices, constructed with a concrete
<br /> slab on grade with a monolithic concrete foundation , insulated pre- cast
<br /> concrete wall panels , and pre- engineered wood roof trusses . All architecture
<br /> design for this building has been provided by IRC ( OWNER ) . Specialty
<br /> engineering for the insulated pre- cast wall panels and the wood roof trusses
<br /> shall be provided by the prime contractor . "I'he engineer and architect of
<br /> record for this project provided by IRC ( OWNER) €Mist review and approve
<br /> the shop drawings for the insulated pre-cast wall panels and the wood roof
<br /> trusses prior to the issuance of a building permit . The foundation design and
<br /> truss fastening requirements are subject to revisions.
