" <br /> Under all circumstances, whenever any communications or other actions between the Contractor and " Architect " are <br /> necessary pursuant to the contract documents, the communications or other actions will be between the contractor and <br /> " Prime Consultant" and the prime consultant will then facilitate communications or other actions required ofthe <br /> " Project Architect" or other consultants retained by the " Prime Consultant.
