Suite 202A Vero Beach , Florida 32960 <br /> For the following Project: <br /> Prase 11 Design Build Expansion and Renovation to the Indian River County <br /> Department of Emergency Services, Fire Station #13 . 4440 4th Street Vero Beach , <br /> Florida 32968 <br /> The architectural services described in Article 3 will be provided by the following person <br /> or entity who is lawfully licensed to practice architecture : <br /> Name and address Registration Relationship to <br /> Number Design/Builder <br /> Paul U . Dritenbas , Edlund Dritenbas AR0009308 Contractual <br /> Binkley Architects & Associates <br /> 65 Royal Palm Pointe, Suite D <br /> Vero Beach , FL 32960 <br /> Normal structural , mechanical and electrical engineering services will be provided <br /> contractually through the Architect except as indicated below : <br /> Name , address and discipline Registration Relationship to <br /> Number Design/ Builder <br /> The Owner and the Design/Builder agree as set forth below . <br /> TERMS AND CONDITIONS — PART 2 AGREEMENT <br /> ARTICLE 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> § 1 . 1 BASIC DEFINITIONS <br /> § 1 . 1 . 1 The Contract Documents consist of the Part 1 Agreement to the extent not <br /> modified by this Part 2 Agreement , this Part 2 Agreement , the Design/Builder' s Proposal <br /> and written addenda to the Proposal identified in Article 14 , the Construction <br /> Documents approved by the Owner in accordance with Section 3 . 2 . 3 and Modifications <br /> issued after execution of this Part 2 Agreement .
