This Work Order No . 1 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No . 2 is for the Design/Builder to perform work in connection with the <br /> Site <br /> Work, Preparation and Improvements to the proposed Fire Station 13 located at 41 ' Street and <br /> 43rd Avenue . <br /> SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between Design/Builder County, the Design/Builder shall provide all <br /> architectural land engineering design , code review , schematic, design development, working <br /> drawings , project schedule and guaranteed maximum price to complete all tasks as outlined in <br /> this Work Order No . 2 ; specifically detailed in the attached proposal Exhibit A . <br /> SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION & DELIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT <br /> 1 . Project shall be completed as follows : <br /> a . Time for substantial Completion shall be 120 calendar Days from notice to proceed . <br /> b . Time of FINAL project completion shall be within 30 calendar days of receipt of the <br /> County' s review comments . <br /> SECTION IV — COMPENSATION <br /> The County agrees to pay , and the Design/Builder agrees to accept , for the above described <br /> services rendered a total amount of $ 106 , 050 . 00 . <br /> Any additional services not described hereon shall be pre-approved by the County . <br />
