FRIDAY, APRIL 12, 1968 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida met in specialsession at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, <br />Florida on -Friday„ April 12, 1968 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. <br />Present were. Robert W. Graves, Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Jr., <br />Vice Chairman; Richard P. Bogosian and Jack U. Dritenbas. <br />Absent was Donald Macdonald. Also present.. were Jack G. Jennings, <br />County Administrator; Sherman N. Smith, Jr., County Attorney; - <br />Sam T. Joyce, Sheriff and Alfred H. Webber, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Sheriff reported that tensions resulting in the adoption <br />of Resolution 68-21 adopted in the minutes of April 9, 1968, <br />have eased in the County areas. <br />Upon a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Dritenbas, the following Resolution was unanimously <br />adopted: <br />APR 1, 21968 <br />ono 11 pAg[215 <br />
