MONDAY, APRIL 15, 1968 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida met in special session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, <br />Florida on Monday, April 15, 1968 at 11:00 o'clock A. M. Present <br />were Robert W. Graves, Chairman, Donald Macdonald, Richard P. <br />Bogosian and Jack U. Dritenbas. Absent was D. B. McCullers, Jr. <br />Also present were Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator; Sherman <br />N. Smith, Jr., County Attorney and Alfred H. Webber, •Deputy Clerk. <br />On Motion made"by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by <br />Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried, the bond for <br />Doctor Paul W.
