insurance and that South,Gifford Road isnot a County Road <br />but is a State Road and that the County is not in any way <br />liable, was approved. <br />Mr. George Reamer of Suncrest Terrace Subdivision appeared <br />before the Board explaining the features of a road material <br />which they would like to use in their Subdivision, crushed <br />cemented coquina, which was purchased from Merritt Island and <br />had certain advantages over some of the other road building <br />materials. The Administrator stated that he would keep the <br />road constructed of this material under observation and if it <br />turned out as well as expected, he would recommend to the Board <br />that Subdivision Regulations be amended to include this material <br />for use in construction of the streets. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald,seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried that this road <br />material be approved for the street building material of the <br />Suncrest Terrace Subdivision. <br />Upon a Motion made by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers, the following Resolution was unanimously <br />adopted: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68- 28 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that all of the west five (5) feet of the easement <br />ow existing on the line dividing Lots 12 and 13, Block 1, Plat 7, Ixora Park <br />Subdivison, filed in Plat Book 7, page 36, in the public records of Indian River <br />County, Florida, be and the same is hereby abandoned, and this Board does <br />erewith relinquish and disclaim the rights of the public acquired by the dedica- <br />tion of said plat insofar as it pertains to the west five (5) feet of the above- <br />described easement. <br />gout 11 PAOtZ24 <br />ApR2 41969 <br />
